An online payment system by GovPay or Doxo are available for online payment of utility bills. Online features include the capability to pay by credit/debit cards.
In Person
Cash, check, debit and credit card payments are accepted at City Hall (108 W. Jackson) between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

ACH Withdrawal
Pay your utility bill automatically using automatic withdrawal. Through this direct payment plan, your financial institution will deduct the billing amount from your account on the due date. To enroll, return this completed authorization form and a voided check to City Hall.
